- How to request an appointment?
All new clients require appointment fees. An appointment can be made by submitting and filling out our contact form. Please take note we usually answer within the next 24h to 72h to confirm your appointment.
2. How many people can attend the appointment?
There are no specifics limits, however, for a better experience, we highly recommend a maximum of 3 to 4 people. We believe that a trusted friend or family member’s opinion in the overall selection process, especially for the bridal service a very valuable experience.
3. When should I arrive?
We ask all clients to arrive on time for the scheduled appointment. For enterprise please contact us for more information.
4. How long is the consultation?
A consultation is scj=heduled for 1 hour. For bridal and business, it may go up to 2-3 hours.
5. When should I cancel?
Appointment cancellation should be advised a minimum of 24 hours before the appointment.
6. Do you allow walk-in?
The atelier does not provide any walk-in service at the moment.
